Penny is a longtime plantswoman with a certificate in Landscape Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design, and specializes in gardens that nurture wildlife and embrace the beauty of decay. Armed with your input and allotted budget; she creates bespoke, hand-drawn plans and perspectives and immerses herself in your garden project.
